What will you do if there is underage drinking, drugs or prostitutes involved with your rental?

Historic district is nice but it is surrounded by prostitution and drug activity.

However, these vacant, debilitated older properties in middle of the war zone neighborhood that they are located at, attract nothing but gangs, drug addicts, prostitutes, as tenants for your property.High property taxes also may be slapped on by the county, based on imaginary reassessments. 

If I give you a deed in return for love and affection does that constitute prostitution?
