Hey @Ben Morand our local REIA meeting is tonight, it is online only for now so networking isn't really an option, but getting dialed in to that community is what propelled me.

Also if you have a 20 ft boat or Camper, its really 22/23/24 ft depending on Propeller, bumper or front hitch.E.

If you've got a property like that which you are using for both primary and investment you've got a great scenario to both put cash in your pocket tax free and propel your investing with some tax deferred dollars.
