The deal you had with the first investors was, but not that the REIA president gets a cut.

This is a project that I helped facilitate with my business partner who is the president of the modular company that manufactured and installed this. 

Senior director, director, junior director.Different places call it different names president,vice president,etc. but concept is similar.

If you do some quick research , ask the Hoa President or check tax records, you can find the owner and go to him.

Share with and reward folks that do good work with certificates of appreciation with president's faces on them! 

the issue at hand is a question of whether the property is considered abandoned or a hold over. this issue would vary slightly state to state, and would most likely fall on the judgement of the judge who presides over the case. however, if nothing has been removed from the apartment, I doubt any judge would call it abandoned, perhaps if all utilities are turned off you may have an argument. if everything is missing except garbage and maybe a couch, then you are probably looking at abandonment, but from the way the story reads, I doubt any judge would be happy with what the landlord did.

So a rigid contract could box one of you into a corner.We hired a President for our property management company.  

I was the lender they were the borrowers and when things went bad their tenants stopped paying they could would pay for a few months then quit and then I took the asset.. lost of drama lots of marital discord .. was not pretty.. but I am not predicting those times again I am hoping that was once in a life time.. but folks that had free and clear assets even if they sat vacant they did not lose them.. that's my point.. no most of my friends that made it owned business or were presidents of companies that went public and got monster stock payouts.. remember I am from the Bay AREA...

I am in the process of writing my operating agreement for my LLC in Florida and am naming myself the “Principal” rather than CEO or President. 

Border control could get harder under this President too.Being in construction for about 30 years leads me to any problem that could occur and your ability to be the or at least find someone that can do what needs to be done.
