Today, Arizona's governor gave the following Executive Order (link to azgovernor.gov) for postponement of eviction actions as they relate to tenants effected by Covid-19.

Of course, Rona could postpone this.

There may not be much you can do on the property taxes at the moment as it is based on the valuation and the period to appeal may have passed in your county, but I would reach out to see what the latest updates are and if they will postpone the payment due without interest penalty due to what is going on in the economy.

Otherwise, I agree that tenants should pay if at all possible, but I am giving my tenants the ability to postpone payment for up to 3 months without interest in the event they have been laid off due to the virus.

Additionally, if you don't have tenants lined up yet, it may not hurt to postpone a bit. 

@Angel Meraz I would at least postpone closing until you have had a chance to check with zoning board to see if these are legal. 

If the apartment is occupied by a current tenant, it's best to postpone the showing until at least April 17 or further.
