If an NFL team were to movie to LA, they would only do so if the taxpayers pick up the cost of the stadium.

@Mike Alder  good luck I grew up in the business.. must watch movie for any land man is Glenn Garry Glen ross... you will see how all these lots you want to buy were created in the first place.land game dates back to just after the turn of the century  ( not 2000) when promoters went through the US creating mega subdivisions prior to any state or federal land development rules.. so you have all these old tracks and the parcels have been traded for 100 plus years.. lost at tax sale bought by someone like you or my dad.. resold on terms  those folks default or lose to tax's and the cycle repeats.Florida created massive subdivisions to attract residence's since no one wanted to live in swamps and such.. think Le High and Coral Gables..  

Great book and movie!

Between the movie "Too Big To Fail" and the Occupy movements and everything else, I couldn't see supporting businesses that ran roughshod over the American people.  

There's nothing wrong with vegging out, watching a good movie, or checking in on Facebook from time to time, but it's far too easy to fall into the trap of wasting too much valuable time on things that have no long term worth. 

Options and terms for refis are all over the place.I can get them for 75% of the ARV...regardless of what I paid for it, and what the cost of rehab was...which means I can get a "cash out refi".Seasoning periods are also all over the place as are the criteria for FICO, DTI, term length, interest rate, fees, etc...Bottom line is, if you "don't like the movie, you can always change the channel, and find one you do like".

But this area lacks a major grocery store, movie theater, chain restaurant, etc.  

To borrow from a favorite Baseball movie of mine, "If you build it, they will come".My advice is to show up on a regular basis to every meetup you can find in your area.

., you can make sure they have toys, turn on a movie and make your calls. ;) 

If you provide free WiFi and your tenants use it for illegal purposes (child porn) don't be surprised if you get pulled into the investigation.
