There was a recent webinar, bottom line, it looks like Darryl Heller sold off many of the ATMs, didn't pay the people who put the cash in them, didn't pay the stores that have them on site, isn't providing information to David Zook's team that the court has ordered and is racking up something like $50k+ a day for not doing so...it is a complete mess and seems like there are only a fraction of the ATMs that might still be producing money but the company hired by Zook to get their hands around all of this is running into many roadblocks because Heller's team isn't providing info. 

It looks like according to the county site (sbcounty.gov) they require all renter payment go to the active owner. 

Based on my experience coaching investors with my husband, who was a realtor many years ago, I strongly advise that, regardless of whom you work with, you meet the team, conduct thorough market research, get an appraisal, schedule an inspection, and also arrange for a site visit.

We also have infrastructure in place at a build site for a 3rd unit on property.

There is a web site that lists all the section 8 housing, so people might be also be looking there. 

You can also look at sites like auction.com, homepath.com and homesteps.com.

I just typed out a response TWICE and both times this site killed my response for one reason or another.

This could include computer delays, the inability to reach the site, creating a late filing, and subsequent penalties.
