I don't know where to invest, really drawn to Columbus for many reasons (some cash flow and stable appreciation)--what's been some people's positive and negative experiences in Columbus? 

I want to share an experience ive had over the past few months with my newest multifamily purchase, and highlight the importance of being consistent, telling everybody what you do, and what you are looking for even when you dont feel ready.

I have the credit, experience and the knowledge on how to underwrite the deal to show their ROI in this arrangement vs a traditional sale. 

Anyone have experience working with them?

I’m giving serious consideration to converting into a PadSplit.However, I have heard that Fort Worth (the city, Tarrant County, the faceless boogey man…) has issues with PadSplit whereas Dallas County is supportive.I would love to hear about your experiences between the two markets and if Fort Worth can be viable for PadSplit and anything I should be mindful of?

In the meantime I would love to have some helpful information or ideas to share with the buyers when we meet and ideally an agreement/contract we could fill out together once new terms are agreed to and then share that with the attorney so he could draft up the formal instrument for recording.If you have experience with this type of scenario, I’d love to hear any recommendations you have or any helpful resources you could point me to for the appropriate paperwork.Under foreclosure laws, you have to send appropriate notices and try to work with the borrower and offer a loan mod before foreclosure anyway.
