I think my skills in mental health counseling and healthcare management are going to be surprisingly relevant to real estate investing (at least I hope so). 

No pets?

For the most part its just health and safety items, which are items we should have remedied anyways.As someone else mentioned, biggest thing to avoid is having the house tagged as vacant which the city will do if it sits empty for too long (handful of months, grass not cut, etc).

With Tenant Turner, we can set specific requirements that prospective tenants need to meet before they’re approved to request a showing—such as rent-to-income ratio, pet policies, and other key criteria.

On the one hand, I can see it as a positive indicator, for example of market health and increasing suburbanization. 

My pet fees are not.

If it is not behaved such that you would not accept it as a pet, reject it.  

I apologize for anyone who falls into this category but I need to discuss this because it's a pet peeve that bothers me so much!

And in many cases this may be warranted as health and safety issues may be present.
