Lending has so many facets.

The real value of a CPA lies in strategic planning -- strategic advice related to your investment plans and goals, and, the tax implications of any proposed investment activity or entity structure.You want to work with a CPA that gives you some level of confidence in his/her knowledge and experience in the different facets of your investment approach.  

If you find you have roofing specific querries here, I'd definitely be able to give you info on that facet of any building you're interested in.

If the former, then the 3 day right to rescind facet could be eliminated. 

I think this could be helpful for anyone working in any facet of real estate--especially within and around Whatcom County.I'm looking for help in coming up with the categories for contractors (so that the list is easily sorted).

I have attended a few in Philly so know they are out there.In addition, SJREI is another great source with great presenters covering a facet of topics. 

Are there other markets that compare to TX when talking about all facets of RE investing (mobile home, apartments, storage, land, etc.)?
