I'm interested in getting into the SE Minnesota market. have family there and would like to move back to the area. i know an in person meet up may not be possible, but i would like to talk deals. 

Try to figure out what will work best LONG term for you...and do a bunch of that, so it's scalable.I've continually created more headaches here in Chicago by doing STR, MTR, LTR, wholesaling flipping, etc....not I'm laser-focused on our renovation business but have enough expertise across the board to share what didn't work for me lolI am no longer investing, but I love Garfield Park and anything SE towards the lake.

Jeff, I don't have any industry experience, but can give you consumer feedback.I live in SE WI and many national carwash companies have come into the market and built some very high end facilities. 

In my case, a crappy little $500.00 claim means it's simply not economical (unless the filling body has a s-e-r-i-o-u-s grudge and money to burn) to pursue.

I could call myself a genius for buying the house I did in 2019, it's gone up over 60% since I bought it, however, it's not my genius, it's the fact the market overall, and especially SE TN, exploded during 2020-2023.
