@Andrew B.Its really a matter of how comfortable are you with handling a real estate transaction, and perhaps how comfortable is your tenant with partaking in the transaction. 

I can appreciate that you chose not to partake in this program for yourself, and certainly appreciate that your decision is based on you finding out the information yourself and making a decision vs. making stuff up.

I am not a fan of it, and do not wish to partake in anything that pushes "poor" people out of the communities.

If I may ask what types of real estate investing do you partake in and why do you feel that this works in the Chicago area?
