You might agree that most real estate investors were attracted to real estate because of the control they had over their investment, and to outsource that control defeats the purpose, at least to them.

My suggestion is that you need to know the business of being a landlord, before you outsource the most important role, screening for tenants to someone who has NO interest in putting top tenants into your place.
