We have closed well over 10,000 wraps in our law and title office and have not had 1 go back to the bank because of a due on sale issue. 

I remember though you and I talking with Chris.. he invited me to visit his office in memphis which I did later in the year..

actually most of the family office type folks I work with have little debt and LOTS of cash to invest... depends on where your assets are ... are they quality assets or subprime assets. it also depends on your make up.. 

We repeatedly explained that it’s not done that way in New York State: here, you send in your articles of organization to a state office and they send back a letter with a state seal acknowledging they received the documents.

While I don't actively work with commercial deals I work with our commercial broker in our office to connect my clients.

I have a PO Box that i used for that purpose and any other business mail but since converting to ACH i am not sure when its the last time I went by the post office.
