Unfortunately HUD's definition of a service animal is much lower than ADA's definition but I have threaten to fight this inconsistency on a couple of occasions and both times the tenant backed down (We never went to court).What sort of asset protection do you have in place?

This is not to say I have not bought vacant as I have on several occasions but it has to be a strategic purpose (ie I have a contractor on area who will buy it from me and we have a ballpark price already determined).
