I would call when the snow melt away.

Get a big one with a wand, pour the water in as hot as possible without melting the container, and use pressure.

It's like going to low cost mMcDonalds and wondering why the calorie value of the meal does not help you get in shape, it's because cheaper is not better if it does not align with your goals

I used to get water in the spring from quick snow/ice melt.  

We can have a couple feet of snow and then lots of rain will melt it, then a bunch more snow.

But if your water meter melted you might have to buy a new meter. 

That will change in a couple of months when the snow melts, of course, but for now there isn't much to choose from if you're a buyer.

Facility maintenance- it is winter where we are at, thus Snow removal and Ice or salt melt. 

Get a west Facing Home (if you get snow) that way your driveway snow and ice melts (other people on our street have it freeze!

Vinyl damages so easy, a barbeque grill can melt an entire wall, the door can get flipped open in the wind and knock a hole in it, etc.
