However, I'm unsure about the costs of maintaining the SL in Spain, especially cause I read in some forums that these costs can be pricey..Do you have any views on the above based on your experience?

The consequence of the unrealistic expectations: buyers becoming terrible operators of their real estate....failing to keep up with cap ex, going the cheapest route on repairs etc. just to maintain the cash flow they expected.

Both Fort Lauderdale and Pompano have fairly relaxed STR rules and regulations.

I enjoy tenants turnover ever few years for the reason fair market rents tend to increase significantly year over year.
