Lessons learned?

Renting at 6K lessons the value of the property but nothing I can do about it because I may never find a tenant that pays 7,400 again.....this is the downside of paying for a class A NNN tenant that eventually leaves.Bank won't allow to refi back to a 25 year amm.

No it does not ,lesson learned.

The first one is always the toughest, and the lessons you’re learning will pay dividends for years to come.

But the above is $300,000 worth of lessons given freely.  

Lesson learned - do a better job screening your tenants...Consider investing in greener pastures (landlord-friendly states)

But, normally, if the price per square meter is the market's avarage, the appraisal should come more or less on the asking price.

BIG LESSON: Know what borrowers are capable of doing when in fear mode.

But also was a costly lesson for me.
