Put it this way, there are about 40 classes in a degree and each class is about 40h of lectures.

If you didn't then learning wholesaling will be all for not without that hard work.I am sorry I am lecturing but you are you are speaking from a victims point of view. 

However, 80+ hours of lecturing from Travis is unrealistic if I want to take the exam next month.

If you continue your education past the books and lectures, you will be further ahead of something better than this who just follow the other guy and his direction.I say go to college,  make that debit, and learn how to make it seem petty and little, compared to the money your investments bring you if you pay attention, and act at the right times!

It won't be a structured meeting with a lecture and primary focus, but more of a casual meetup to socialize and network with others.
