Look I’m not advocating  he take six muscular biker friends over there to hit them over the head with baseball bats  lol I’m saying he should go there not alone for his own protection  especially if these fellas are as bad as he’s saying  and also it helps to have witnesses. 

How do I finance something in any capacity when it is out of my league but so ripe I cannot stop talking about this?

Real estate is not unlike baseball in this way.

Look at future light rail projects, I know Kannapolis has a new baseball stadium opening for the 2020 season, etc... there out there, just gotta know where to look.

Location is ideal-except for noise from the street and baseball diamond-and parking does not look at all difficult.

As in baseball, when trying to hit a home run you strike out more often that get a hit.
