Good Morning DeniseI know it has been several months since my last correspondence with you in regards to this quiet title matter however I again need advise/direction. 

My last one 2 weeks ago was $47 which I pass on to the tenant.

I have done it successfully on my last 2 buildouts, maybe 3, but only because I was able to acquire the properties at a very low price and I did all the work in-house (myself and some hired hands on staff).

But with that one lender I found I am not lendable due to not having proof of income for the last two years.

Was at one last week that included City of Calgary who did a presentation on legalizing illegal suites and accessory suites in general

CA also in the last 30 years really beefed up the protection for fractional TD investors.

There are not a ton of comps on Zillow or other websites that I have checked and it was last sold a while ago so even these resources are unable to give me a quote.
