2x4 insulation, HVac concrete, labor etc?

Ovens and multiple burners running together eat up a lot of power, You don't want that power running through a cord with insulation flaking off and a couple of nicks in it from routinely moving the range out of place to clean behind it.I realize that appliances costs money to replace.

The house was built in 1938, it's a craftsman style home, original hardwood flooring in good shape, original windows but it very good shape, the walls and ceiling had been filled with blown insulation, had a new roof installed in 2017, and the sellers were willing to pay 5k to have the house painted to the color of your choice.  

Make sure those pipes are insulated and are winterized.

You will insulate yourself from any changing legislation.

We hope it's just ghosting from the air, humidity, and or lack of insulation.

Can't imagine surviving a winter in Maine without sufficient heat and insulation from the cold.

Walls, ceilings, cabinetry, insulation, studs.

.: If I buy a Cadillac manufactured home and a Chevy modular home the HUD Code home will be a better house because of exteriors, insulation, wall thicknesses, interior finish and fixtures.

Assuming there has not been a recent renovation then I would assume it will be drafty and poorly insulated.
