To me that is a win but it may not seem like it to someone who is investing simply for cash flow.  

It’s not uncommon for new wholesalers to expect quick wins, but finding deals often takes time.

And I totally agree, providing the best value is key and I know that's what would eventually "win" the deal for me at the end of the day.

I aim to make win-win arrangements for both buyer and seller.

However, I think eventually Big Government will win unless Trump has something to say about it.

If we build more, dense, "dormitory-style" housing or similar, we can more efficiently house people, bring down costs, and everybody wins. 

And maybe it's not all or nothing for a given method, sometimes a combination of various financing tools is what wins.

We hope to create a win-win-win scenario for all involved and it's always a learning lesson when that doesn't happen.
