I'm looking for a realtor that specializes in Section 8.

Myself I've made millions working in Section 8 properties, but I'm a savage so dealing with these savage Section 8 tenants is what I do.

We have some rental properties in Section 8 and its becoming very tedious to keep up with all the maintenance issues coming up on regular basis.

Interested in section 8 tenants.

I am nervous this will put us in a bad position for March. 

I am nervous that starting eviction for nonpayment would drag out her leaving and end up costing me more money in the long run. 

Going forward, it makes me nervous to have these in my name.

Just a little nervous on the risks and collateral depending on what lane I take loan wise etc.

You could do a subject to but I would be nervous about doing that on such a large deal when the bank has the right to call the loan.Great deal, though I don't know how I feel about making such an enormous profit off a church...
