You wont see a dime of the $$...So you have to ask yourself if the time, effort and some extra $$ are worth trying to make this issue possibly haunt this tenant in the future....show up when he tries to rent again, buy a house or a car etc.....For some the answer is YES.....I know the $$ is gone but I want to inflict some shred of accountability......if no one EVER does it, these clowns will keep doing it over and over.....someone has to at least try....For others, the answer is NO....its not worth my time and $$, let it go and move on....I understand the economics of the situation....but I hate to let people get away with ZERO accountability....that just contributes to many of the issues in our society

These "sweet dogs" are capable of inflicting horrific injuries and they have a very unpredictable temperament.

ANY bankrupt city should be off an investors list, and Detroits public downfalls are so ridiculously self inflicted thats it not funny.

I have also Jacked up the Rent in the next lease.. to inflict enough pain to make it worth my time dealing with them.

This "extra work" that realtors are doing is self-inflicted thru a legalized Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO).

All evictions are self inflicted.

They do it by choice, totally self inflicted.

Keep calm because freaking out in hysteria will inflict more damage. 

But if we think we deserve whatever we feel like deserving and our business should never ever cause us problems and treat people like chess pieces to get there, I feel we should think again at what we inflict on others sometimes.I don't care if you hate or love what I've said I would love to hear responses to this. 

If they choose to work and live where they can not afford the cost the problem is self inflicted and they have no grounds to complain.
