Unfortunately, things haven’t gone as planned, and now I’m looking to sell.I must admit, I’m quite inexperienced when it comes to selling real estate.

The three things inexperienced real estate investors tend to chase are (1) number of doors, (2) whether the opportunity can work as a BRRRR and (3) cash flow.

The gurus” selling mentorship’s and “canned” programs to a inexperienced investor oversimplify the strategy; ignore the difficulty; incorrectly claim that the education they provide is sufficient for success; lie about their own qualifications and experience and success; belittle “real” business/financial/real estate education and provide a totally unrealistic picture of lifestyle, effort, and chance of succeeding.

The kitchen is what's sold me in my first house and it'd a great lay out in my current house.My next house I'll be a bit more specific - bigger deeper sinks, pasta faucet even if I only use it once a yesr for a big jug of summer iced tea lol and a dishwasher, walk in pantry are on my check list.I feel other amenities like skylights or big windows, cellars for dry storage would be cool too but I'm not really a big baker or canner lol.Now it's got me thinking - imagine a hidden island?

I guess you could say he's as inexperienced as me, and not use to seeing this as well.The areas I'm looking at are more desirable than most.
