I've been incredibly lucky with tenants, turnover, properties, appreciation, connections etc.That said I do occasionally find myself wondering, what if....If I had bought in Florida or Texas or a booming college town. 

What are some of the best techniques to shut down those who protest against landlords who want to charge high rates in a neighborhood facing gentrification?

I would be incredibly grateful for any advice or insights on building a solid digital structure for a small business like ours.
