I’ve spent years exploring off-the-beaten-path markets, so Jasper definitely caught my eye.

I think you are trying to catch too many rabbits at once.

So when it comes down to property inspections and appraisal what will or could happen when they catch the illegal bathroom and finished rooms?

No money down, and it opened my eyes to the power of real estate!

The catch was that it would cost me $7k.

And we went in eyes wide open, intentionally inveting in class D, not sliding into it as demographics changed. 

I don’t know how 2 people got 3 homestead exemptions but that seems like something the local taxing authority could catch pretty easy.

If appreciation is slow and steady, and no extra liquidity is available, the basic fundamentals of personal finance do catch up to this investor.

I recommend keeping your eyes open for medium multifamily properties.
