Not impossible, but not likely to get a license.

Haven't had to worry about this yet but I hear it makes it impossible to evict if you accept even a partial payment so I'm glad I can choose my settings to only accept full payments•I can set up rent disbursements from different properties to go to different bank accounts for bookkeeping purposes that's niceCons•My only big complaint is that I cannot set up a general application link, I have to use the RentRedi portal to send an email to "invite" individuals to apply one-by-one.

And of course with 700 its hard to know them all personally or impossible I guess..

But I suspect you will find what most do that its darn tough to next to impossible to pull off. 

There are other considerations that may still make it impossible to permit the construction of the building even  if the by-right use permit is obtained and its important to have an architect closely examine how the proposed floor plans will layout to confirm egress &  bedroom windows + localized zoning overlays along with a  number of other factors.

Absolutely impossibly to be organized with them.

Hold for 20 years +you do the above its basically impossible to make a bad investment 

I found it near impossible to even break even out here when buying with little to nothing down, especially with the current rates. 

The rising interest rates have crushed cashflow and made refinancing nearly impossible.
