If this is the case, would the original seller financing have to mention that the buyer (me) can re-sell the property at any time? 

I have lived in Santa Fe for 5 years and am plugged into the commercial RE market as a full-time investor. 

The timeline for reconstruction is decades, many will choose not to rebuild or re-take the risk.

and for the life of me I cant see what these guys do that a very good RE broker who specializes in those assets could not do for you and far better frankly.
