U guys let it get this far over 3400.00 its your fault.. even if you did something wrong.. who is going to go to arbitration for such a small amount of money..

I started 2 deals with these guys within a couple weeks.They have been a nightmare to work with.

Denver is very expensive for a new guy who doesn't have loads of capital so a market like Missouri for example is intriguing for far cheaper real estate but then Id either have to move, improve the property remotely or simply buy and hold as a rental for X time. 

@Lucy Ahl do one of you guys have a LLC that can close on the house with the funding?

Hey guys, I understand that a lot of time is spent talking about how to leverage your current real estate holdings to obtain new ones.  

If you don't get to know them and build some trust, you're just going to be dumb money or "the guy from California" that they up charge 20-100%.

I'm just a simple yokel from the backwoods of Alabama reading about how you guys are doing things and trying to learn by doing. :) 

That's way better than taking notes from a guy.
