-gas grills at least 10 feet away from the house/garage-no indoor furniture being used as outdoor furniture-front porch not to be used as storage area-fire pits must be 25 feet from any structure and in a manufactured (bought) container approved for fires...you know what I mean!

Best practice is to make the call to change the utilities at lease signing, together.Be aware that tenants without electricity sometimes do dangerous things, like use candles for light, charcoal/gas grills for cooking (sometimes inside!)

Forgery is a covered item in title insurance.. this to the tune of 15 MILLION Dollars.. they paid but after myself being grilled by the big boys from Miami  LOL.I have one going now on a land locked parcel.. my claim is 450k.. they need to buy me an easement or cut me a check.. they missed that my property was indeed landlocked..

I'm offering asking price to the seller, but the seller has added an adendum that offers all previous renters with contact information, as well as all future bookings (From April through June), in addition to furniture - Tiki bar, outdoor grill, kitchen tables, bedding, the works.
