It's a duplex of 2 bedrooms, the first floor has a gorgeous recently rehabbed kitchen and bathroom while the second floor has some space to increase value when it comes to both of those spaces.

It took me 2 days to repair a towel rod due to the crazy pink tile and backer board but I'm not a pro at home repairs myself.

(in other words there is a gamble to it).Will it bring more rent--probably not--unless it's dated (pink tile, 1950's sink, 1980's cabinets, etc...)Here are some pics of bathrooms from Apartment complexes.

Above everything I have already stated, it's also home to The Ohio state university, headquarters for L-brands (Bath and Body Works, victoria secret, and Pink), White castle, Wendys, and the new Chipotle headquarters is being finished up downtown.  

The huge back yard has a covered patio and overlooks a gorgeous field of cedar trees.

It went from pink to a crisp white and was beautiful.Though some will say that you can do it yourself, I don’t recommend it.
