Just because some random guy on the internet is scamming people for real estate multifamily courses, and looks successful doesn't mean you should hop into it with no experience.

I have done about 250 in the last 6 months, BTW its a total scam / money maker for the city. 

I just have a feeling I'm getting scammed somehow for some reason.

I watched a documentary called "the patent scam" - these poor mid-large companies are dealing with cut throat attorneys that know how to work the system causing them to pay millions in legal fees or settle.

Let me educate you all on true SEO and correct backlinking so that people like you NEVER agian get scammed into paying for this garbage.Every aspect of SEO is all centered around value to your traffic.

One thing a lot of people get mixed up with is capital investment and equity.. if you don't explain this properly the investor may think you are scamming him.

NO lender is going to send you copy of their bank account.. they might have to prove up to a seller or the sellers agent but never send it to you right out of the gate.. and all the other things you discovered its just an off shore scammer trying to scam those that dont know what they dont know.
