You could find your local wholesaler ( basically what a land flipper is) and ask about what CRMs they are using and also talk CPAs.  

lolSadly wholesalers have a stigma for not being honest about what they do.

Once you have a market chosen I'd connect with a realtor/wholesalers in that market through BP or Facebook groups to get a first hand view from them on how their market is performing.

@Sam Spoerl I don't wholesale but likely a mix of both.

@Matt Schreiber you won't find any Class A or B properties that cashflow - whether SFR or MFR.Price & interest rate increases have made it very difficult - unless you find something off-market BEFORE an agent or wholesaler finds it.

A lot of investors and wholesalers do not have a license for that very reason in this state.
