You can talk to him / his team in the monthly meeting but they're on an agenda so don't expect to much one-on-one type support there.

If you have the right team you can get it done.

Some will want to be on your team, and some will want to split profits with you in exchange for funding your deals. 

I suggest focusing on building your "Core 4" team—agent, lender (one who can finance both the purchase/rehab and refinance is ideal), contractor, and property manager.

Look for a team with a strong track record in managing rentals like yours, especially in your target area.

Find a reliable team, offer fair pay, and keep them motivated to stick with you for future projects.That’s what I have off the top of my head.

So many hosts waste their prime real estate with Airbnb (the listing title) on generic adjectives and throwaway opinions.

You can even connect with local HR teams and offer small referral bonuses to get more bookings.
