The game plan is to move closer to the Richardson area (Garland, Richardson, south Plano, etc).Our initial plan was to purchase a duplex and House Hack; but we are leaning more towards a SFH.

I have a rehab property here in Garland and I finished the foundation only to get the call from the company telling me I had a leak.
