Took one booking, the tenants broke contract by bringing a pet (dog hair and a bone were left behind), and Landing was not exactly pleasant to deal with in recouping security for extra cleaning and damages (dog used the ceiling fan remote as a chew toy).

ha ha true--- Loophole is just a more fun word to use and used by my CPA- I think it draws more attention than "IRA Rules" thats just too boring :)

It’s been a ton of fun and I have learned a lot.We went high end as we were hoping if we did it might help woo some neighbors into letting us buy their worn down rentals on the block.
