Hi Josh,Having worked in the construction business here in South Florida where there are hundreds of GC's, I have seen that the more you know about the business i.e. codes, contracts, bidding processes, permits, schedules, and so on the more likely you'll see the reputable ones come to the forefront and deal with you in a professional manner.There are tons of GC'S that'll look at you as if you're a "live one" and ripe for the taking.
