A strong property manager should:• Continuously adjust dynamic pricing (sometimes daily) based on demand, local events, and market trends.• Monitor performance metrics and adjust listing descriptions, photos, and policies based on guest feedback and data.• Handle guest issues efficiently, especially last-minute problems that could impact reviews.• Manage turnovers and quality control, ensuring standards remain high without you having to check in constantly.If a PM isn’t actively doing these things and is just collecting a fee, then yes, it’s hard to justify paying thousands a month.

I suspect even the banks who are aggressively expanding are doing so merely to sure up their geographical presence to in order to expand their customer base but will then pull back on their branch numbers.Unless there is significant term remaining on the lease, there are other retail concepts that would be deemed more marketable.

Based on numbers may not work as a DSCR anyways but what was the contributing factor for bringing $ to the table - then others can address it more clearly and see if its an expensive DSCR loan or somehing behind it.
