I know tourism is a big thing considering the annual festivities and charm of the community, but it's mainly single family homes and such.

However, after 2021, the market began to recover, with the second wave of the pandemic bringing further optimism due to the country's vaccination drive and lower infection rates.The festive season they have also contributed to the recent rise in thereal estate sector, which is gaining momentum due to the increasing demand for hybrid workspaces.

The Sundance Film Festival, and ski season are your big money makers for STRs, although Sundance is postponed this year.

With a festival or event every weekend, you can expect to be fully booked (all weekends) May-October.

There's a festival every other day, national monument, oldest city, ocean beaches, str friendly, year-round demand.

Probably some reggae festival stuff too. 

But am also potentially looking for La Grange, Highland Park, possibly Elmwood Park If you are not familiar, Highwood has an amazing pumpkin festival every year & every year they try to break the world record for the most jack-o-laterns (...random fact of the day).

This includes Championsgate, Reunion, Windsor Hills, Solterra, Festival, Storey Lake, etc.

But there is also creativity, cool programing, businesses moving in, a music festival that attracted 14k+ people to one block in one day last summer, etc etc etc. 

Honestly, about halfway through his whine and moan festival, I turned him off.
