Could you provide more details on how to get started with this approach?

They send invoices without any details to substantiate their expenses.

It’s been a long journey to get to this point, and we even had a failed attempt with another PMS (but I’ll keep those details to myself).

One thing that could really help is creating a detailed scope of work before committing.

As I stated above I have use HELOC funds as a bridge strategy but that is really it.If you have more questions hit me up and I would be happy to discuss these options in more detail. 

I was just hoping to transition it into LTR and since we have newer furniture that fits the space well, it just seemed a shame to sell it all to do an unfurnished LTR, but again, I'm having a hard time understanding how logistically some of the details are worked out with that with furniture involved in an LTR.Thank you again for the support!
