They have recently passed new laws targeting wholesaling in AZ as well can you cite the code number  or expound on it please. 

I had come to realize this by working for both a large developer and a small, more traditional, firm but I am half way through reading a book called  How Real Estate Developers Think: Design, Profits, and Community and it has expounded on the knowledge I knew and how the relationship between architect and developer should be.

Love how everyone is an armchair economist now expounding on the yield curve when 2 month ago people couldn't spell the term out.  

Please expound on this for me.  

@Pritam Sinha  since your post is directly on topic about turn key gone bad... can you expound a little on what your experinces were and if you were to do it all over how you would have lessened the learning curve ( which I bet was expensive).IE:  did you get told something was a great area and it turned out to be a very bad area.

I am no expert to expound too much but the Solo 401K has even better benefits.
