It takes actual thought and a programmer's mind to be able to build a CRM into something that's actually effective (sure a basic person could setup a phased text message or email automation, but it's tying everything together with opportunities, automated campaign re-entry/follow-up, social media integrations/automations, etc that is the real value).

I just find that they aren't worth it because of all the edits you have to make on the spreadsheet to get the same result, and one of the softwares refused to allow Journal Entries which seemed like a huge red flag to me.

@Kent FordI agree with @Ryan Konen regarding areas like San Antonio’s outskirts, parts of Fort Worth, and growing cities like Tyler and Lubbock, which are becoming popular due to relative affordability and job growth.We will see an interest in smaller metro areas where prices are more accessible and a surge in new construction aimed at entry-level buyers.
