My recollection is (and insurance experts on BP can correct me if my memory is wrong), but most insurers will only pay "replacement cost"  policy limits, if you actually replace the damaged property.

I would love to talk to some open minded experts that have the bandwidth to think outside their bottom line.

OR do you call each individual specialist (plumber, electrician, mold expert, etc.)?

Specialist tend to get large volumes of clients as they are seen as the expert in the field.

Remember, the notion of amassing wealth without investing is a dangerous myth perpetuated by self-proclaimed experts.

So, they aren't experts on the law like people might think.

So no one is going to be an expert in all venues..

On the other hand, I'm not convinced pictures would always capture the details needed to serve this purpose.Curious to hear the thoughts of the expert hosts and property managers here.
