Part of my reason for getting into REI is so I can live the wanderer lifestyle while I'm still young enough to do it and enjoy the activities that we love; we have a Northern Lite truck camper and while it's a bit too small for my husband and I, our 2 dogs and cat, it's perfect for traveling up to a couple weeks at a time, which is what we both want to do.Thanks again to everyone for the great advice and warm welcome.

I had a tenant who paid late every single month, like she’d usually give me half early in the month, and the other half after like the 20th, I literally didn’t care, she never missed a payment (she did abandoned here dog in my garage after she moved, but that’s a whole different story) but as long as you are getting paid in full every month you should be happy lol.

Again in CA folks coming in from Vietnam war would go out into the mountains of the state and federal forests and basically kill anything that moved and ate them..was a real issue about wiped out the black bear population and in Wa. my brother in law worked for the road department and would find dogs that had been eaten it happens..
