You are only promoting participation trophies and rationalizing poor marketing.

The development is expected to bring thousands of permanent jobs and promote sustainability, including eco-friendly features like walking paths and tree plantings.

You want to crush your job so you keep getting promotions and keep making more money so you have more borrowing power.

Again I dont know about Jake's program personally for me it was too much money, and I am not trying to promote Thach's program.

I like working with a diverse group of honest people and giving back the knowledge I have learned around the way and to share with others.

Do not expect that to be the pref. but total IRR after receiving the promote.2.

And while it is not the sexiest, maintaining your W2 job and working hard to get promoted and earning more, even if that means changing jobs every few years, is often times a faster approach to create investable income.  

To me “legitimate” wholesaling can be done a number of ways, none of which seem to be promoted by the popular gurus promoting wholesaling.
