My daughter will be going to college later this year and this has prompted me to begin in earnest learning about student housing with the goal of owning my first property by the time she matriculates.Who are the thought leaders and teachers around student housing here?

It seems the only affordable option I have is to find a SFH mother daughter which don’t come up very often and rent a portion out while I live in.

She's sleeping in there tonight with her daughters and the heat off. 

Not mom, dad son/daughter and son/daughter in-laws. 

My daughters new Lenox system lost both the blower & induction motors, middle of winter 8 months after the new install & had compressor problems every year there after & I believe there was a recall on it.

Many nowadays write into the lease that professional cleaning is required with receipt...my daughters campus condo did.
