They're basically jerry rigged dampers.Bedroom 1, which is one of the two closer bedrooms and the one that doesn't have these special permanent "dampers," is super cold most of the time.

My recommendation is to start with smaller banks and credit unions, as those can be easier to work with on non-cookie cutter loans.You also want to think about the renovation itself.

Rocket is a great company to use for a cookie cutter loan but I don't think they are a good reference in your situation.
