Not because I’m good at it or have any expertise, but because they are relatively new< cookie cutter houses built by large companies in an area not known for foundation problems. 

And, if anyone might have a cookie cutter "bill of material" list they wouldn't mind sharing? 

@Jimmy Chao depending on the style lock they most likely used bolt cutters to remove it.

Most of who I've spoke to so far are spec home or cookie cutter builders.

Cookie cutter is the best approach.

We had a guest try to sue us for rigging up their own second hammock and swinging on it while drunk. 

They're basically jerry rigged dampers.Bedroom 1, which is one of the two closer bedrooms and the one that doesn't have these special permanent "dampers," is super cold most of the time. 

My recommendation is to start with smaller banks and credit unions, as those can be easier to work with on non-cookie cutter loans.You also want to think about the renovation itself. 

Rocket is a great company to use for a cookie cutter loan but I don't think they are a good reference in your situation.
