I have been interested in real estate for a long time as I can remember wanting to “flip houses” when I was a young girl.

Searching MLS there are definitely things in our price range (250k and under) and with the features we like. (3 BR at least for owner unit is really the only criteria as we work from home and have a little girl, and decent school system) Any tips, pointers, thoughts on buying in the area?

@Tanner Marsey I remember as a kid reading BMX magazines from Huntington beach and there would be kids on their bikes next to the beach with girls in bikinis next to them, and we were all riding around old residential neighborhoods, LOL (so already jealous of where ya live!)

My situation, I'm a 32 year old single father of an 8 year old girl, I have a full time job making around 61k/year I have been renting a townhouse from my mother for nearly a decade, never really thinking I would have to move in fact, I assumed(like an ***) that I would just end up owning it sooner or later, I never prepared for having to move or prepared a downpayment or anything of that sort, in other words, I've been very stupid over the years.

One girl was amazing, she would handle any task I need.

Finally get the girls evicted, and I almost lost a tenant.The condo has 104 units, and to keep fees low, they have volunteers, condo owners, doing landscaping, cleaning the hallways etc.

So what's a girl to do who loves the OC, but is up for adventure?  

It is across from an all girls university.

Well the girl refuses to go into the house because it's too dangerous for her and the boyfriend has to work and they'll get back to me about the time.
