@Jaycee Greene I’m going to lean on a team I build for that as well as the pictures and the videos I can do majority of the fixing myself if I was there so I kind of know what cost what just have to see prices based on the location.

Overall, that doesn't drive up the price of homes like tech markets tend to.We tend to lean towards a healthy balance of linear markets that are starting to have "something" that people are moving there for.

Years ago, my elderly neighbor expressed his concern to me about our trees leaning towards his home and that he wasn't trying to be a pain.

We've done a lot of deals together over the years and I appreciate all the work he's put in over the years especially when we were doing really lean deals and there wasn't a whole lot of profit there for him relative to the work he was doing. 

Being able to send a small amount is convenient but its bery u likely to yield the results you are looking for.

Properties within walking distance of the Strip will likely attract more guests since most visitors prefer the convenience of being close to the main attractions.
